Joy Cosgrove

Founder | Creative Director

Joy Cosgrove founded You Know it Learning! in 2018. A culmination of her Degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork and Masters in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, along with over 20 years experience in luxury retail.


Joy has worked with such brands as Selfridges, Paul Smith, Nicole Farhi, Harrods, Louis Vuitton in the past. Joy has a blended disciplinary approach to her clients. Joy has worked with individuals and groups across different sectors such as hospitality, engineering, health & education. Joy is an ACC certified ICF coach. Joy has completed a PG cert with Barefoot Coaching.
